1. Boil overnight soaked chickpeas
2. Chop onions into very small sizes.
3. Make paste of garlic, green chillies, ginger and tomato.
4. Heat the pan, pour some oil and heat it. Add Tej Patta, hing and the chopped onions.
5. Once the onions become brown, add the paste of tomato.
6. Add salt, haldi, dhania, mirch and garam masala. Stir it well.
7. Lower the flame and leave it for 6-7 minutes.
8. Add Chole and mix well.
9. Add half glass of water. Let it become thick.
10. Garnish with dhaniya patta.
11. Serve hot with rice or roti.
