Maasi's famous Kamli vada 😍😍

1 bowl Chana dal
1/4th bowl Moong ka dal -optional

Soak all of them together for 2-3 hrs
Drain the water and grind it without water with green chilly and ginger paste and form a thick paste
Then add palak finely chopped. Add little oil to the paste.

Add masala
Red chilly powder
Salt white and black
Sabut dhania
Amchur
Garam masala
Dhania powder

Mix well

Form half inch circle and half fry then take out. After it is cooled down, cut it into finger stick pieces and then fry it until its golden brown in colour.

Then garnish with chaat masala or black salt while serving.
