Rice tikkis✨

 Leftover rice tikkis✨


Ingredients:

1/2 cup leftover cooked rice
1 tbsp besan
1 tbsp sooji
1 tbsp curd
1 tbsp water
Grated ginger
Veggies like onion, carrot, coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method:

Take rice in a bowl, mash it using the back of a spoon.

Add all the other ingredients, mix well, keep mashing everything using the back of a spoon. Cover and keep aside for 10 mins.

Add 1 tbsp of water, give it a good mix and make tikkis using ghee generously and serve.

Goes super well with green chutney or ketchup and chai.

Notes:

Avoid using watery curd.
You can add tomatoes and capsicum as well.
If the mixture get too watery, add some more sooji to it.
