Lauki pizza at home
Try this low carb healthy lauki pizza at home.
Lauki Pizza Recipe -
1. Lauki 1
2. Oats flour 1/2 cup
3. Parmesan cheese grated 1/4 cup
4. Salt 1/2 tsp
5. Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
6. Capsicum
7. Olives
8. Cherry tomatoes
9. Mozzarella cheese grated
- peel the lauki and grate it. Squeeze out the water using a muslin cloth.
- transfer the lauki in a bowl, add oats flour, parmesan cheese and salt to it. Mix it well and form a dough.
- preheat the oven at 200 deg.
- line the baking tray with parchment paper.
- divide the dough into 2 parts. Place one part on the parchment paper and using a spatula spread it in a thin circular disc.
- bake it for 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
- take it out and add the pizza sauce and other ingredients. Add mozzarella cheese on the top and bake it at 200 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on it and enjoy!
