Dill Dip

 2 cups mayonnaise

2 cups sour cream

3 tablespoons chopped onion

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

3 teaspoons dried dill weed

1 tablespoon white sugar

Mix all, refrigerate for atleast 8 hours before serving to blend flavours.

Beetroot Dhokla

 1 cup besan  3/4 cup water with beetroot purée  Half teaspoon salt  4 teaspoon sugar  Lime juice  Eno  Steam it and out tadka
