Sooji Besan Idli

1/2 cup besan,  1/2 cup sooji , 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 curd, 1/2 water.

Mix well, cover and keep aside for 10-15 mins.

Mix, add 1tsp eno, add little water on eno.

Mix, pour the batter on greased idli plates.

Steam for 15 mins, done.

Make tadka of raai, kadi patta and green chillies.

Add idli to tadka, mix well and enjoy.
