Palak Paneer

1. Palak blanch and puree

2. tomato , garlic, ginger paste

3. Roast - add salt, red chilli, jeera powder, amchur powder, dhaniya powder.

4. Add palak, cook for 2-3 mins, add paneer.

Beetroot Dhokla

 1 cup besan  3/4 cup water with beetroot purée  Half teaspoon salt  4 teaspoon sugar  Lime juice  Eno  Steam it and out tadka
