My bread machine recipe
1 cup plus 3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon oil
Add 3 cups plus 1/4 cup apf or bread flour
Add 3 teaspoons yeast
Add 2 teaspoon bread booster
