Therapy

‼️Flow State Activation‼️

The moment you get up in the morning, do not rush into doing things. Follow this sequence:

1. Shake your body — release the stagnant energy

2. Ground yourself — touch your feet flat on the ground and focus on your feet. The energy will start moving

3. Fix your gaze on one spot in front of you — and no matter how distracted you get, bring your attention back to that one point

4. Ask yourself — "If my highest, best version was standing here right now — how would they 'Be' ? ( breathe? feel? sit? )"

5. Anchor that state in your body using your chosen physical anchor

6. Repeat this multiple times through the day — it is a reset, not a one-time practice

This resets your state so that:

 fear turns into focus , 

guilt turns into responsibility , 

shame turns into awareness , and 

anxiety turns into excitement .

Examples of Anchors

An anchor is a physical action you attach to a resourceful state so that every time you do it, your body automatically enters that state. Dr. Meghana gave these examples:

Sitting with spine straight — her personal anchor before going on stage or starting a session. In that posture, she is in her most powerful state with no mental chatter

A specific hand gesture/fist — doing a particular movement that you associate with power and flow    ( Flexing both biceps, one biceps, tapping on bicep, closing fist pointing towards face, moving strongly towards waist & saying ‘yes’ )

Clapping — a clap that signals to the body, "I got this, let's go"

Snapping fingers or clicking — a subtle motion usable even in a meeting or office setting

Saying "I got this" with an associated body movement — combining words and physicality together

The key rule: the anchor must be in the body, not in the mind . Thumbs up (pointing outward) does not work — it must be something physical that you do to yourself, that you can use anywhere — at home, in a meeting, in traffic — to instantly reset your state. 

For anxiety or anger - choose one emotion at a time - for second emotion second round- 



rubbling the sides of our palms is releasing the unwanted emotions. The sides of the palms have the meridians . 

(Use this to release your Emotions and fear)


Steps - 

-. Select the Emotion 

-. Rub the palm 

-. Recite the statement- three times. 

-. Put both hands above the heart and breath in and exhale through mouth 


Example - 

Statement 

Even though I am feeling ----, still I Choose to heal and integrate that part of me that is feeling -----. * 3 times 


I am whole and complete. I Love and Accept myself. * 3 times 


Keep your hands on your thymus gland and

Take seven deep breath and exhale through mouth
