Lauki chilla with lauki peel chutney


 

Lauki ko grate krke usme equal quantity of besan n rice flour daalna h ....phir salt , haldi , ajwain , onions, green chillies daal ke sb mix kr lena h...add water for chilla like consistency.

For chutney ...take one pan add some oil , then jeera, rai, curry leaves, green chillies, garlic, chanal dal, peanuts, after one min add half onion , half tomato, lauki peel & tamarind add some salt also roast them for 5 mins after that just let it cool down & grind

& add water if u need for grinding

Rice paper dumpling

 Rice paper - dip in 30 secs for cold water and place it in pan.

capsicum, carrot, zucchini , paneer, chilli oil, schzewan sauce, salt pepper mixer ready

spread this mixture one layer.

another rice paper and put it in top

5-6 mins seko, flip and roast the other side.

sevre it with soy sauce and drizzle chilli oil

high school students

 I teach a couple of wellness classes to high school students, and one of my activities for the older group is the "Dear Future Husband" letter where they write the sort of wishlist of qualities they're looking for in a future partner. I call it that specific name, in quotes, because I play Meghan Trainor's song of the same name first. I do also make a point of explicitly stating to the class that some of what she mentions are red flags on her, so they're aware that some of the qualities are on our signs of unhealthy relationships list vs the healthy signs.

Before that assignment is given, we will also have brainstormed lists of healthy vs unhealthy characteristics, watched the pilot episode of Modern Family to pick out examples of healthy vs unhealthy, and also taken a healthy relationship quiz that includes many signs of toxic and abusive behaviours so they're prepped and have been thinking about it for a while.

Pull apart bread



3 quarter of cups warm milk 

2 tablespoon sugar 

2plus quarter spoons of yeast 


1 egg 

1 teaspoon salt 

2.5 cups of apf 


Rest 1 hour 


Make 14 pieces 


Take softened butter , add garlic powder , parsley and mix 


Keep  cheese ready 


Flatten the dough and spread the butter and add the cheese .. place them in the bread pan and let it rise for another hour 


Bake at 350 , 20 to 23 mins
